Refunds and Returns Policy

If you order a POWDER beauty box, you may return it for any reason and gain a full refund up to fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your beauty box.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to you returning your beauty box in a fully resalable condition with any original packaging must be perfectly intact, including all tissue and stickers as dispatched and all hygiene seals. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a resalable condition or are used or damaged.

Goods cannot be returned once they have been used or cut into under any circumstances.

Please check and decide if you wish to keep the item or not before cutting into or using them.

Subject to POWDER receiving your POWDER beauty box in a resalable condition and none of the hygiene seals of the products have been broken / opened, POWDER will refund you the price of your POWDER box plus standard delivery costs for sending and returning your order. For the avoidance of doubt if you choose to cancel your order and selected express delivery and/or a non-standard delivery service to return your box, POWDER will only refund you the equivalent standard delivery costs.
